The poster that I made advocates for the students of Codman Academy to strike on Fridays for climate change. A public school like Codman Academy will have greater impact on the local administration and might gain media attention, promoting change in local policy regarding climate change. School strikes across the U.S. have been trying to push Congress to pass the New Green Deal. The students will walk out of school to join the cause and join the worldwide protest for climate change. This will also educate them on climate change and help them reflect on the choices that they make and how it affects the environment.
