Abstract: Our students this semester were separated into different service groups. Half of the class worked on a report and presentation for Women’s Lunch Place on menu innovations for women, the elderly, and the recovering along the lines of Menus of Change. The other half of the class made lesson plans on food justice for middle schoolers at St. Stephen’s Youth Program. These artifacts demonstrate the culmination of both of our service projects this semester.
