Course: Health and Food in Chinese (Dong)

Abstract: We are submitting an infographic of the various service students in this course participated in, given the wide range of activities. Students of varying language ability were able to use their specialties to do translating and proofreading of essays and research papers for the Good Food Fund, tutor students, and teach professional terms over Zoom. We are also submitting video of the keynote address from the submit the students organized through liaising with speakers, partners, audience members, and hosting breakout room dialogues surrounding key Food Systems issues in English and Chinese in collaboration with Good Food Fund and the United Nations.
