This artifact is a website to help Bridge To Calculus demonstrate to its funders the need to address a growing math skills gap between demographic groups in Boston Public Schools. It includes an interactive-web visualization created using D3 to use MCAS and NAEP (both standardized tests) data to highlight the groups which are trailing and how that has grown over time. As our class was geared towards developing intelligent, coherent visualizations, our work is effective in driving insights related to the math skills gap.
