Course: Education in the Community (Harrington)
This artifact is a visual representation of what students in Education in the community responded when asked “If you could describe your service-learning experience in one word, what would it be?” The larger the word, signifies that more students used it to describe their experience. I believed this was an effective representation of my class’s Service-Learning work, as we had students working with so many different community partners, that at times it was hard for students to understand situations and efforts at other service sites. However, this just comes to show that at the end of the day, they all did happen to share similar experiences and gained common insight by participating in this course and service, as we had hoped.
