Family Nurturing Center (FNC) provides instructional programming to families that helps parents improve their parenting skills while contributing to their children’s development. FNC’s facilitators need constructive feedback from parents to ensure that both are realizing their goals and to recognize any gaps or deficiencies that may be impeding their progress to these objectives. Our team has developed a short survey questionnaire for FNC’s parents that is easily implemented. FNC practitioners will be able to conveniently glean the survey results, access and analyze the data, and apply their findings to consider any changes to their programming. Furthermore, FNC will use this evaluation tool to train its employees, to inform its stakeholders, and to impress its donors.
