This handout was created for the parents and the students of the St. Stephen’s after-school program. Julia Dallaris, Haeun Lee, and Ruizi Wang worked together to teach 1st-2nd graders about different food groups and the health benefits of each one. The purpose of the handout was to be a quick and easy way for kids to remember what they’ve learned as well as parents to see what their children are learning and have a colorful reminder to keep on their fridge or wall.
