My artifact is a blog essay that talks about my own experience with food insecurity and how service learning allowed me to become more aware of food insecurity and participate in the local community around me to help fight food hunger. I decided to do a blog essay as I can more effectively portray my experiences through my writing and provide information regarding food insecurity.
