This experience not only allowed our students to immerse myself in real-world applications of Chinese language but also fostered a deeper understanding of cultural nuances and community engagement. This artifact showcases the practical application of our advanced language skills and the significance of cultural empathy in service-learning, aligning seamlessly with the course’s objective to blend language proficiency with social responsibility.
