This is a journal with a compilation of reflections from the beginning and end of the semester from each student. They describe how they began volunteering, and how they ended by addressing expectations, excitements, skills they learned, and overall takeaways. They wrote weekly reflections on canvas discussion boards that were very thoughtful, so I wanted to display them. Choosing one from the start and one from the end for each student shows how their mindset changed over the course of the semester and their growing connections with each community partner.
