This picture shows what my partner and I worked on over the course of this semester, with the YMCA International Learning Center (ILC). The YMCA International Learning Center works to address the needs of English education to immigrants and refugees in the Greater Boston area. The top priority they had was to make a staff board that is on the wall in the building of the organization. They had one previously but it was very outdated, uncoordinated, and bland, so we had to coordinate and make and design a new one. This is something they will see every day and will likely stay for a long time considering the last one was there for years, and we also set it up in a way that they could change it easily if there were to be a title change instead of having to redo the whole board.
