Abstract: The Massachusetts Promise Fellowship at Northeastern University believes that all young people in the Commonwealth have a right to the resources they need to be successful in life, including a caring adult, a safe place, a healthy start, an effective education, and an opportunity to serve. We deliver these 5 promises to youth by training emerging leaders who commit one year of service to support and provide these needed resources to youth throughout the Commonwealth. In our project, the goal is to help Mass Promise Fellowship understand the relationship between the alumni career industries and their education level over time. The team’s project goal is to develop a strong series of data visualizations to give insight into the relationships between career path and education level over the 2000’s years. This set of visualizations should be able to give recommendations to future incoming fellows in order to make better informed decisions on which career industries are getting more popular throughout the years, and what level of education should be obtained in order to be successful. This best represents our learning/partnership.
