Abstract: Our project has the goal of identifying the main characteristics of the MPF’s fellows in order to identify opportunities in the recruitment process. Our stakeholder, the internal staff of the Massachusetts Promise Fellowship, will use our insights to implement changes into their recruitment methods. We will look into correlations or trends in the demographics of the fellows, such as age distribution, education level, geographic location, etc. This project’s conclusions will be presented in the form of visualizations to better understand our observations.
