Abstract: In this video artifact, student Garrett Smith describes his opportunity to work on the Lifeboat Community Website along with his peers to create a space of nutritional learning for the Boston community, specifically those who make use of the Boston Lifeboat Food Bank. This artifact represents work completed by students in the Interdisciplinary Advanced Writing section taught by Professor Julia Garrett. The Interdisciplinary Advanced Writing course offers students an opportunity to experience service-learning through projects such as working on the Lifeboat Community Website.
