The student team was tasked with creating an evaluation plan for their community partner GROW (Girls Reflecting Our World). The primary purpose of the evaluation is to measure the impact of GROW and its programs on the community. The evaluation also assesses GROW’s success at an organizational level by examining changes in funding and participation.
