Course: ENGW3315 Interdisciplinary Advanced Writing in the Disciplines

Throughout the semester, students collaborated with the student group Slow Foods on a variety of projects. This artifact is a recipe book created as part of the class’s Visibility Campaign, in which students worked with Slow Foods on design and advertising materials. This recipe book was created as a resource for Northeastern students to gain knowledge and ideas for healthy food alternatives. The artifact was presented both in class and to Slow Foods, contributing to the shared aims of the class and the group, as well as demonstrating a response to an identified need of the Northeastern community.
