Throughout the semester, students completed a variety of projects with the campus club Active Minds. This is a presentation of the student’s final project, in which they conducted research on the NUPD as a mental health resource for students. This research project utilized notes from meetings that Active Minds had with the NUPD, as well as discussions of personal interactions and opinions of the NUPD. The students received feedback from the Active Minds team throughout their research, and they were able to present their findings to our class and to Active Minds. This project is an accumulation of the knowledge the students gained throughout their semester of collaboration with Active Minds.
