Course: ENGW3315 Interdisciplinary Advanced Writing in the Disciplines
Throughout the semester, students collaborated with the campus club Slow Foods on a variety of projects. Their final collaboration was a research project intended to answer questions that would benefit the future work of Slow Foods and to increase understanding of food systems at Northeastern. This is a presentation of that final research, in which students explored the food-related habits and well-being of students at Northeastern, particularly connecting their research to how Curry Student Center can better meet student needs. This project is an accumulation of the knowledge students gained from their community partners and the ongoing collaboration they had throughout the semester.
